Islamabad higher education commission offering scholarships for the overseas students who are leading to phD. Students getting any other scholarship can not apply.

Higher education commission HEC announced 90% overseas scholarships for MS, MPhil leading to PhD fall 2014 to spring 2015. Candidates who are willing to apply must have Pakistani or AJK nationality and has completed the sixteen years of education in their desired subjects. Candidates must have second position through out their education career. Candidates who are planning to apply they would have to pass GAT general test with 50 or above 50 marks valid from July 8,2014. Candidate must have to fulfill the following requirements, Attested photo copies of all education certificates, CNIC, Domicile, and attested copy of GAT general result card. Applicant must have to bring online deposit slip for rupees 200/- along them. All requirements should be fulfill before the dead line, May 5, 2014. For more details visit HEC official website.
