Microsoft has been working a lot on different cars entertainment devices over the past several years, Ford, KIA, BMW, Nissan, and Fiat have used special version of windows to create their own user friendly interface. Microsoft created the concepts to run in real cars. Windows car concept essentially extend the functionality of windows phone directly into a built-in car display.
